Errors on Our Site

Paying for Your Order
You may pay for your orders with major credit cards.
Generally, credit and debit cards are not charged until we either ship the item(s) to you or confirm store availability (at which time you will be charged only for the goods we have actually shipping charges). However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your available credit line. When paying for a pre-order with a debit card you will be charged at the time you place your pre-order. Please contact your credit card issuer for more information.


Refund Policy
Refunds will only be provided if the order is cancelled due to the following reasons ,product not available ,product damaged, product out of stock, Cancelled by the customer.

Credit/Debit card Online - If an order is placed by credit card and the order is cancelled for the above reasons , the money will be automatically credited back to your Bank. This usually take 10-20 days depending on your bank after 050telecom has initiated the refund.

Bank Transfer - If you have made a Bank transfer and the order has been cancelled due to the above reasons, we will offer a online voucher with the same value which can be redeemed online. No cash Refund will be provided.

Cash on Delivery - If you have made a cash payment and the order has been cancelled due to the above reasons, we will offer a online voucher with the same value which can be redeemed online. No cash Refund will be provided.

Credit card on Delivery - If you have made a credit card payment and the order has been cancelled due to the above reasons, we will offer a online voucher with the same value which can be redeemed online. No cash Refund will be provided.

Using Promotional Codes
Unlike credit or debit cards, Promotional Codes used on Digital Coupons are debited at the time an order is placed. Digital Coupons will automatically be redeemed to purchase totals, up to the total purchase amount. Digital Coupons must be used prior to their noted expiration date and within a single transaction. Coupon cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen, deleted, or if you cancel or return your purchase. In the event of a reduction in price below the coupon value, the excess value of the coupon will not be refunded. Digital coupons and vouchers can be used only on our online website.

Validating Your Order
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.
Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.


Order Acceptance/Confirmation
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. 050telecom online website reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Repair & Return Policy
If a product is found to be defective or not found to be working as per the required specifications, the customer will have to take the unit to the nearest 050telecom care service center.
The normal repair process would take 2 to 3 working days but in the event the device has to be sent to higher level of repairs it would take 7 to 10 working days. On completion of the repair customer will be notified by SMS.
The decision on replacement of a product will vary on case to case basis and there will be certain criteria for that:
• Dead on arrival (If the product is not functioning on reception from the courier, the customer has to contact the customer service number immediately (within 24 hours) and take the unit to the nearest 050telecom care service center. A replacement unit will be provided within 24 to 48 hours by courier based on the analysis by the 050telecom care technical team.
• In the event that a product is malfunctioning and not repairable, it will not be replaced with commercial stock – only the main board of the device will be replaced.
If a product is found to be misused, mishandled, tampered with or any form of unauthorized repair carried out on the device, the unit will be considered out of warranty and the customer will be charged for repairs. The same applies if a product is found to be liquid damaged.
In the event a customer is not happy with the product (e.g. color, model, appearance) then the product will not be applicable for exchange.


Order Limitations/Limited Quantities
050telecom may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. 050telecom online also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same 050telecom online website account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. 050telecom online reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are based on a combination of the following:
Weight and dimensions of your package
Method of shipment (ground, air, sea, rail etc.)
Location you are shipping from (city, emirates)


We also offer free shipping within the UAE, for orders of AED 500 and above.

Shipping Mode:
We have our own courier for deliveries to Dubai & Sharjah, but use Aramex for deliveries to all other Emirates.

Delivery Time Frame:
Within the UAE : 24-48 hours

Within Dubai & Sharjah: 24 hours
All other Emirates: 48 hours

Cancellation Policy

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been shipped, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. The refund process would take 10 to 30 days and would be reimbursed to your credit card. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been shipped. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by 050telecom and accepts the cancellation policies. For Bank Transfer order, if payment is not received in 3 days the order will be cancelled automatically.

Termination of Use

050telecom may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the 050telecom online website at any time. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. 050telecom online reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of the 050telecom online website at any time without prior notice.

Warranty

050telecom as an authorized distributor / retailer warrants to you that, during the warranty period specified in the invoice, 050telecom or 050telecom authorized service centers will, in a commercially reasonable time remedy the manufacturing defects in the handset, provided that the customer returns the product along with the original proof of purchase for repair by visiting the nearest 050telecom service center.

Warranty Period

The warranty period starts at the time of the product’s original purchase by the first end user. The product may consist of several different parts, and different parts may be covered by a different warranty period.
The warranty period will not be extended or renewed due to the authorized repair or replacement of the product.

How to get Warranty Service

You should return the handset to 050telecom authorized service centers within a reasonable time before the expiry of the warranty period.
You will be required to provide the product and the original proof of purchase (Invoice), which clearly indicates the name and address of the seller, the date and place of purchase, the product type, and the IMEI or other serial Number.

LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS:

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

This limited warranty covers the handset only and it’s valid and enforceable only within the country of purchase unless it’s a GCC warranty.
For all accessories, the warranty terms and conditions shall be applicable as warranted by the manufacturer. External and supplied accessories, as well as those purchased separately, are not subject to the scope of this limited warranty.
Repaired Product will be warranted for the balance of the original warranty period, in case of any manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired or fixed, 050telecom or its authorized service centers are authorized to replace only the motherboard as per the manufacturer’s troubleshooting and the warranty replacement guidelines.
For all accessories, the warranty terms and conditions shall be applicable as warranted by the manufacturer. External and supplied accessories, as well as those purchased separately, are not subject to the scope of this limited warranty.

If the product is beyond economical repair or has reached end of life or discontinued, 050telecom may at its absolute discretion replace the handset with a suitable equivalent model of the same brand.
All parts of the product that 050telecom has replaced shall become the property of 050telecom. If the product is found not to be covered by the terms and conditions of this limited warranty, 050telecom and its authorized service centers reserve the right to charge a repair charge and handling fees.

 Other Important Notices

Please remember to make back-up copies or keep written records of all important content and data stored in your product, because content and data may be lost during repair or replacement of the product. 050telecom shall not under any circumstances be liable ,either expressly or implied, for any damages or losses of any kind whatsoever resulting from loss of, damage to, or corruption of , content or data during repair or replacement of the product.
Your product may contain country specific elements, including software. If the product has been re-exported from its original destination country to another country, the product may contain country specific elements that are not considered to be a defect under this limited warranty.
There are some brands and models which are not covered under 050telecom limited warranty, but supplier warranty, for which the average Repair turnaround time = 10 to 15 days , in such cases 050telecom phone care shall facilitate coordination with the suppliers for repair and return in case of the customer refused to deal with the supplier directly.
In some cases when making a claim under this limited warranty, you will be required to provide the full box.
What is not covered?

This limited warranty does not cover any third party software, settings, content, data, or links. 050telecom does not warrant that any software will meet your requirements , will work in combination with any hardware or software provided by a third party , that the operation of any software will be uninterrupted or error free , or that any defects in the software are correctable or will be corrected.

This limited warranty does not cover
A)Normal wear and tear (including, without limitation, wear and tear of camera lenses , batteries, or displays).

B)Defects caused by rough handling (including, without limitation, defects caused by sharp items, by bending, denting, compressing or dropping, etc.)

C)Defects or damage caused by misuse of the product, including use that is contrary to the instructions provided by the manufacturer.

3. This limited warranty does not cover defects or alleged defects caused by the fact that the product was used with or connected to any product, accessory, software and/or service not manufactured or supplied by the manufacturer, or was used otherwise than for its intended use.

4. This limited warranty does not cover defects caused by the battery being short-circuited , the seals of the battery enclosure or cells being broken or tampered with , or the battery being used in equipment other than that for which it has been specified.

5. This limited warranty is not enforceable if the product has been opened , modified or repaired by anyone other than 050telecom authorized service centers , if it has been repaired using unauthorized spare parts or if the product serial number or the IMEI number has been removed , erased , defaced or altered in any way. This shall be determined at the sole discretion of 050telecom.

6. The limited warranty is not enforceable and does not cover any damage due to accident, transportation, misuse, negligence, natural disaster, humidity, extreme thermal or environmental conditions or rapid changes in such conditions, corrosion, oxidation, rust, gradual deterioration due to wear and tear, cosmetic modification, drop damage/liquid damage and use with voltages other than designated or operation in a manner not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instruction manual. In such events or attempts to service, and if the product is found to be non-repairable, 050telecom shall not be held responsible to return the handset in the original state.
